Service Use

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

User Content: Our platform allows you to generate images, engage in chat, and more. You are solely responsible for the content you create and engage with. You agree not to create or share content that is:

• Not safe for work (NSFW), including but not limited to sexually explicit or pornographic content.

• Gore, graphic violence, or other content that is intended to be shocking or disturbing.

• Illegal or promotes illegal activities.

• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.

Content Storage: We store your generated content and chat history to provide the services. By using our platform, you grant us the permission to store and manage such content on your behalf.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.

• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other users' accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Disclaimers

Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Mirada AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

Restrictions on Certain Persons

The MIRX token and Mirada AI products and services are not available to any persons who are residents or citizens of the United States.

MIRX Token

The MIRX token is a utility token designed solely for use within the Mirada AI ecosystem, serving as a functional tool to access services and features. It does not represent ownership, confer any shareholder rights, or provide any entitlement to future profits in Mirada AI or any of its affiliates. The token is not a financial instrument, investment, or security under any domestic or international legal framework.

MIRX holders may participate in community-driven decisions, such as voting on platform-related features or initiatives, but not on real company decisions, which remain at the discretion of Mirada AI. Staking rewards are derived from an initial 7.5% allocation of the total MIRX supply, not from company revenues. Once this allocation is depleted, staking rewards may no longer be available.

Users acknowledge and agree that any purchase, holding, trading, or transfer of the MIRX token is done at their own risk, with no guarantees regarding token value, liquidity, or market performance.

Users assume all liability for any financial losses, damages, or consequences arising from their interactions with the MIRX token. Mirada AI assumes no liability for any losses or damages related to the use, sale, or transfer of the token, including but not limited to any market risks, token devaluation, or inability to trade the token on exchanges. Mirada AI does not guarantee the liquidity of the MIRX token or its availability on exchanges.

By engaging with the MIRX token, users understand and agree that they are fully responsible for any risks involved, and Mirada AI disclaims any and all liability for any losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from user activity related to the token.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
